Genetic Fusion offers wholesale pricing on our 3D-printed reptile accessories and live isopod cultures for independent pet stores, reptile shops, and established resellers. Complete the application below and send us the required documents to open a wholesale account.

Who Can Apply
Retail pet stores, reptile and invertebrate shops, and online retailers with an active business.
You must hold a valid sales tax license (or qualify for a wholesale exemption) in the state where you resell.
Applications are reviewed within 3–5 business days. We will email you once your account is approved, along with our current wholesale price list.
How to Apply
Step 1: Fill out the Wholesale Application form at the bottom of this page.
Step 2: Email the required documents listed below to geneticfusion8094@gmail.com with the subject line "Wholesale Application – [Your Business Name]".
Step 3: We review your application and documents, then send your approval and price list.
Required Documents (must be on file before your first order)
Sales tax resale / exemption certificate:
Colorado businesses: Form DR 5002, Declaration of Wholesale or Entity Sales Tax Exemption, available from the Colorado Department of Revenue at tax.colorado.gov/DR5002.
Out-of-state businesses: Your state's resale certificate, or the Multistate Tax Commission Uniform Sales & Use Tax Resale Certificate.
Copy of your current state sales tax license or seller's permit.
Federal EIN or state business registration (for example, your Articles of Organization or Certificate of Good Standing).
Proof of an active retail business: a storefront photo, your website or online store link, or a recent invoice from another wholesale supplier.
Live animal license (isopod orders only): If your state or city requires a license to sell live animals, include a copy. Colorado pet stores must hold a Pet Animal Care Facilities Act (PACFA) license from the Colorado Department of Agriculture.
Wholesale Terms
Opening order minimum: $200. Reorder minimum: $100.
Payment: Your first order is payable when it ships. After that, approved accounts may pay on Net 15 terms. Accepted payment methods: To be determined.
Production: Products are made to order and ship within 7–10 business days. Product appearance may vary slightly between print runs.
Shipping: Charged at cost. Supplies ship door-to-door; live isopod cultures ship FedEx 2Day to your nearest FedEx hub (see our Store Policies & Terms).
Ordering: Email your products, sizes, and quantities with your store name and shipping ZIP code. We will confirm availability, total, and shipping cost, and your order moves into production once you approve the quote.
Resale: Wholesale products are for resale only. Please keep your certificates current; we may ask for updated documents each year.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Genetic Fusion may decline or close any wholesale account at its discretion.
